Where is my data stored?

On your computer. ShiftPlanning runs entirely in your browser. Your team configuration, the schedules you generate, and any Excel files you load or save stay on your device. We do not have access to them. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Is there a paid tier or premium plan?

No. Every feature is available to every visitor at no cost. The site is supported by advertising. We have no plans to introduce a paywall.

How do I report a bug?

Can I request a new feature?

Yes — feature requests are welcome at the same email address. We cannot promise a timeline, but every suggestion gets read and we keep a running list of common asks that informs what gets built next.

Can I use ShiftPlanning for a commercial business?

Yes. The schedules you generate are yours, with no usage restrictions imposed by us. See our Terms of Service for the full picture.
